You learn, and you hang on to it for next time.

A lot of people go through life never knowing what they're capable of, because they never find themselves in a situation with such high stakes. And that's a good thing. But now that you know, you can take comfort in it.

Sitting and getting lost in what you could have done, what you think you should have done, that's where you're going to hurt yourself.
