I mentioned earlier this month that we received a 5-year-old map of the subway system from a Retrospec employee during the monster problem, and while I have been able to match some of the street names there several areas where names have been changed or areas have seemingly been removed or blocked off.
I recall you went on an expedition a while ago to explore the subway systems. Could you help me out on mapping the lines to areas of the city? I believe it would make a useful blueprint of points of interest in regards to investigating Retrospec.
Mohammed Hefaz
[He attaches a snapshot of the map laying on his desk. Some of the stop names are legible in the image, and there are post-it notes one several stops with Mohammed's handwriting on it.]
I'm hurt. Aren't allowed to peruse an opportunity laid before me?
Is he the type to read into things too much? I know the Izunya family is known for their political acumen but is there a reason he didn't follow the rest of the family tree?
He couldn't be more completely the other side of Ardyn's coin. He's straight forward, restraint and subtlety are not things he has the patience for. But it gives him that similar open-book honesty that Ardyn has.
Tentatively yes? If he is sulking, it's the kind where he gets snippy at people around him but won't tell them what is actually wrong. That's the one time the forwardness goes out the window, when he is actually hurt about something.
Worst case scenario, he goes back to yelling at Detective Gabranth.
Last month. Most of us had these temporary abilities, with monsters attacking the city. For whatever reason, Fynn slips through the cracks. People are shooting electricity or flying, I was telekinetic for a month. Fynn? Not a thing. Just a guy with a gun, and he went right in to the convention center to save people.
One of those injuries he's sporting this month was taking a shot for me. Even though the power Retrospec gave me meant I didn't need him to. He just did it automatically.
