[Something really bad or trouble making sense of... it's probably
both.]
In regards to my earlier strangling
comment, before we found the dragon, Yosuke and I found a witch. He was
looking into this old well and she just jumped out at him.I was a few yards
away from him and by the time I could get close enough, she had him pinned
to the ground. We started talking to her, trying to calm her down so she'd
let him go, but she was so agitated. At one point, I was sure she was
seconds from strangling him, her hands were so close, but we finally
managed to talk her down enough to where she let him up. Only she then
flung us against the wall with her magic and pinned us there while she
finished ranting at us.
[Fuck. How does Togusa even begin to approach this? He runs a hand through his hair in frustration and tries to text back.]
Damn. Why was everybody from those other- other worlds, unreality, whatever, completely nuts?
You did it, though, you both got out of there okay. Sometimes you just have to keep reminding yourself of the real end result, only way to shake away the ghosts.
I'm still sorry you're going through this at all. If I've got the capacity, please feel free to come talk to me. I'm realizing our group got off pretty easy last month.
And we've got to start talking to somebody. Don't feel like you're a huge burden about it, okay?
Re: 9/11 - misfire
There's a wide gulf between what you objectively should react to and what your mind does react to. Doesn't make the feeling any less real.
[Especially when it's fear. But he wont point that out just yet.]

Re: 9/11 - misfire
So what actually happened?

Re: 9/11 - misfire
I know. That's what Katherine keeps trying to tell me. We all got back. We're all safe. And at least this kind of nightmare I can wake up from.

[with some alcohol and denial, but you know, dealing with it]
