But the rumor that somebody in the Department was sleeping with him hit months ago, and it's just been SITTING THERE. This unanswered question. Was the answer right in front of me the whole time?

Whyyy though? I need to know, but I don't want to dig too deep. Given the gender ratio of our Department, odds are tilted towards accidentally outing someone with the answer.
