[ It's a question borne out of idle curiosity, more than anything else. ]

"I came here for college," Togusa automatically starts. "And I just stuck around afterwards, so.." His eyebrows raise. "Oh wow, I hadn't thought about that in a while. It's going to be ten years in August."

There's a slow smile that spreads across his face. "Ten years. It just flies by, hunh? It still feels like I just got here, some of the time."

[ That's twice the amount he's spent here. ]

Time flies like an arrow. But Recolle is a good place to live in, with its peace and beauty.

[ He's been to many other places which are much less pleasant. ]

Togusa nods slightly. "Goes by faster when you've made some good friends." Lucian being among them, of course.

He starts to stand up, picking up his now empty teacup. "Speaking of Daisuke, though, he's going to wake up and remember that it's walk time soon." He looks at Lucian reluctantly. "If there's anything else that you need help with, please don't hesitate to call me again."

[ It seems like their conversation has indeed drawn to an end, so Lucian finishes his tea and helps bring it back to the sink. ]

[ Maybe he should just try doing other things for a change of pace. ]

Togusa smiles even wider. "Of course. You're always welcome. Especially since Daisuke seems to already like you." Whenever the day comes that Togusa finds someone that Daisuke doesn't like. That would be the day to pay attention.

[ Since it's all settled, Lucian can put his jacket back on and the three of them can go for a walk together. A good day was had. o/ ]
